Captain Nadir Hassanzade heads the Caspian office and is responsible for all aspects of marine operation in the region. The office is located in Baku and benefits from convenient links to all other regions within the area. Captain Nadir brings his extensive offshore experience in the Caspian and the Arabian Gulf to the role, and has recently gained his DP2 licence. His knowledge of the area - combined with his numerous contacts - will ensure that clients are provided with the best service possible.

Arina Offshore (Caspian) is also the appointed representatives of the Panama Flag Authorities to represent them in all marine matters for the entire Caspian region.
