Arina Offshore has recently opened a branch office in Mumbai, India. The office is headed up by
Mr A. R. Merchant, a Director with a vast amount of experience in Ship Management. He will be responsible for marine operations including vessel chartering, sale and purchase, crew management and marine consultancy. Arina Offshore (India) is also an appointed representative of Panama, Liberia, Belize and Honduras Flag Authorities to represent them in all marine matters for India.
